Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Shawnee State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Richard finds joy in spending time with his wife, Ashleigh, and their two children, Rhys and Aubree. He is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast, and golfer, always seeking new experiences both in and out of the office.
Ashleigh Bechtol
Ashleigh Bechtol is a dedicated legal assistant with 2 years of experience supporting attorneys in Elder Law. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, she attended Ohio State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Japanese.
Before transitioning into the legal field, Ashleigh served in the Army National Guard, completing deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Her military experience instilled in her a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Now, she applies those skills in the legal field, assisting with case management, legal research, and client support to ensure efficient operations.
Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her husband Richard, their two children Aubree and Rhys, and their dog. In her free time, she loves reading and baking.
